We will reply with your order availability and total amount due (including postage) within 1 business day after order is placed. Payments must be received within 3 days after invoices are sent, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Normally orders will ship within 2 business days after payment is received.

RETURN POLICY:
We will exchange any defective or wrong item(s) sent by us within 7 days of receipt. All item(s) must be in their original unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of defect or a mistake made on our behalf. We are not responsible for damaged items during transit.
